TIL during the development of Jurassic Park, when Spielberg & stop motion animator Phil Tippett saw an animatic of a T. rex chasing a herd of prey, Spielberg said "You're out of a job" & Tippett replied "Don't you mean extinct?" Spielberg then put this exchange into the film between Malcolm & Grant.
