An error has slid into that Wikipedia page, as the term "£ 10,000,000 ITL" is non-existant.

£ refers to Pounds.
ITL refers to Italian Lira, now obsolete.
Therefore, both cannot be used at the same time, for the same amount.

The old 10,000,000 ITL currently converts to approx. 5,400 Euros or approx. 5,700 US
