we were late on our flu shoots this year (australian winter) .
i spent days sleeping on a chair with a bucket heaving lung oysters into it ,one after another .

it spread to our eyes which were glued shut by whatever they were secreting .having to walk blindly to the bathroom to wash them out so i could open them .

it's had another 6 months to mutate .
get a flu shot .
