For decades, the #US & #Israel have openly described targeting civilians as a deliberate tactic aimed at strengthening their negotiating position. #InternationalLaw and #HumanRights conventions are, at best, a joke and, at worst, a weapon used by #WesternImperialism to wage war against its enemies!
