The #50501movement is gathering steam with protests once again planned in all 50 state capitols today, Presidents’ Day, at noon.

Does anyone have a decent guide for protestors on dealing with stuff like rubber bullets and tear gas, and how to deal with violent and/or aggressive cops? I had an excellent one saved on my previous phone but the screen is broken.

It was a purely defensive guide for peaceful resisters, not an Anarchist's Cookbook-style thing at all.
