Your Irony for Today: I prefer teaching to a room full of students over a Zoom screen full of still pictures. But the university won't let me offer a summer course anymore unless it's 100% online. Just not enough students on campus to take it.

This is why they wanted all the monopoly and trust stuff to go away, so they could lock in labor with contracts, NDA and anti-poaching agreements. They'd really prefer to endlessly abuse employees without consequence, especially the good ones.
