Elon's on a tear lashing out at world leaders with juvenile attacks.

After verbally attacking the Polish foreign minister over the weekend, Elon aimed his ire at Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly calling him a "traitor" after Kelly posted that he had visited Ukraine over the weekend.

It also implies that Elon and trump consider Ukraine to be an enemy of the U.S.

Let's make sure voters see this; I suspect many non-hardcore-MAGA republican voters will disagree with Elon on this issue.

Elon now claims that the cyberattack on X was launched by Ukraine.

Without much proof.

He indicated that the IP addresses came from Ukraine. Well, no one launches a DDoS attack using their own computers; it is always done using hijacked computers. Also, source IP addresses can be spoofed.

The MAGA crowd on X is all at war with Ukraine and NATO over this.

This is how propaganda works.

The 2nd tweet below states that "the hacking group Dark Storm Team has reportedly claimed responsibility for a DDoS attack on the platform, according to a public Telegram post."

But Elon has an aXe to grind.

Brian Krassenstein adds some insights on DDoS attacks and why Elon's accusation is invalid -

"Botnets operate by hijacking vulnerable devices worldwide, meaning the originating IPs reveal nothing about who actually orchestrated the attack. Skilled attackers can easily route traffic through compromised systems in any country, making IP attribution meaningless without deeper forensic analysis."

Botnets operate by hijacking vulnerable devices worldwide, meaning the originating IPs reveal nothing about who actually orchestrated the attack. Skilled attackers can easily route traffic through compromised systems in any country, making IP attribution meaningless without deeper forensic analysis.

They tell me that the IPs did not originate from Ukraine, and that they "can attack again. A stronger attack this time." They also said that they can attack Tesla as well, and that Elon Musk "must provide evidence for his claim," regarding Ukraine, as they adamantly deny this to be the case.

In case, there is any doubt whether Elon was really implicating Ukraine for the cyberattack on X, Kudlow made it very clear on Fox that he did.

Kudlow: Elon was very clear. I asked him about that. I asked him if it was a foreign source. He was very clear. He said Ukraine. He said Ukraine without any question.
