I guess #Polestar cars are becoming the "better #Tesla" for the more wealthy people. I am still missing new impulses for the other, and IMHO, more important part of the market — cheap (€10k-€15k) and robust electric cars for the countryside, where public transport is not a real alternative.

I am of course biased, being 55 years old, but I remember very well how we, when we were young, drove around in ugly, but cheap practical cars that offered almost no comfort but could be configured to offer loads of room for transporting stuff. Battered VW Polos, Renault Kangoo — these were our “trucks” when moving to a new flat/apartment or transporting PA systems, band equipment for the next party.

So I would really feel a positive kind of envy if my children could have a cheap electric car that can transport party equipment and power the whole party straight from its battery :)
