There's that specious strawman➡️ You can condemn a murder, and still believe that it was justified in a certain case.
We all watch movies and television series, where we barrack for the good guy to 'take out' the bad guy who has killed many innocent people.
In reality, hundreds of 'bad guys' kill millions of innocents, and the law is either impotent, or geared to protect the bad guys. It's no wonder that millions celebrated the death of a truly evil bad guy, who preyed on the ill. That celebration is condemned by the establishment, because it upsets the order of things that make them comfortable.

Indeed. (The King's) law and justice were invented to make personal revenge unnecessary. And this is right, for society. However, if the law be perverted by those in power, then that ancient compact is broken.

Don't expect the elite to take this lying down, however. They will use force and the full strenght of the "law" they create to crush opposition.
Oh, I know. They are vengeful, vicious, vindictive aholes.
