Unverified, but after checking a product and finding it's 'Made in USA', Canadians are reportedly returning it to the shelf upside to alert other shoppers. :awesome:

Let's make this a thing, Australia.

#auspol #canada
Lots of stuff 'owned' by USA companies, but made here. Heck, I can't even boycott Fast Food. We get takeaway from cafes.
I need a list of Mexican-owned made-in-Mexico items and Canadian-owned made-in-Canada products to start buying.

And I'm an American in America.
In my last Woolies online order, last week, i had intended to get some #kiwifruit. I was distraught to notice they came from Merka... so they did not go into my online basket after all. Fuck 'em.
the funny thing is that the only reason I checked was I was pretty sure the other item I bought yesterday (Dole crushed pineapple, I'm making a carrot cake) was American. It's from the Philippines, though definitely septic-owned

oh no, the walnuts too!
back of Woolworths brand walnuts, showing 'Produced in the USA. Packed in Australia'
new cake tin has done the job. took a while as i needed milk, which required waiting for the rain to stop
the carrot cake i just pulled out of the oven, in a round tin, sitting on the stove
