100%. And politicians don't get to decide what should or should not be political. There's a strong pungent smell about any politician who seeks to silence or discount people's concerns like that.

The devastation caused by cyclones is both tragic and political, though it is only political because the major parties refuse to stop making it worse. And with no sense of shame or empathy, Dutton and pals perversely go and use the tragic part as a human shield for their mates' profits. Gotta bin the lot of them.
