Good morning tooting friends. It’s another lovely cool morning, about 14c when I got up it & it will reach a perfect 27c later, I love it. This is the weather that suits me best, not too hot, not too cool. I’m putting in an order for my whole summer to be like this. Yeah, I know - no one listens 😤😂. #Weather
Meeting my daughter & grandson down at the gardens a bit later this morning for a morning walk on this beautiful day. I think I’ll have time for a stretch class first up though. #LifeIsGood
It’s been a whole year today since I dislocated my knee, fractured my fibula & sprained my ankle. I think I’ve done really well, the knee still clicks sometimes & I get the occasional ache, but nothing that hinders me doing what I want. #Healed #Perseverance
