Most attempts to tamper with links of any kind can be defeated by modifying whatever character turns the string from plain text to a link. Escaping something in quotes or typing out how its pronounced is easily reversed by a human but will defeat a simple computerized string match. If Musk were to attempt to block this too, Twitter moderators (probably all AI...) would generate a storm of false positives.
