Anyone have experience with hypnotherapy?

Wondering if it can help stop me eating an entire can of pringles, a 3-pack of wafer bars, and two bags of jellies, in under 20 mins.

I mean hypnotherapy or fucking gastric bypass at this rate…

Thanks Jenny, really appreciate that. I’m beginning to think it’s work-related stress as well. (Like, get to the end of the day and have the most self-destructive “fuck everything” motivation). Only two days ago started having conversations in my head with my manager about reasons for me to move on.
Part of me wonders why I fail to rationalise that easily: accept what you don’t like, discuss it with relevant people, and make a change. Which is why I think the autism
point is interesting. I’ve a growing realisation that I should be assessed, I think, foe ADHD, but I need to up on autism as well. (Like, I help teach kids karate, when they all start kiai-ing, I’m standing there with hands over my ears. I also went to a work conference recently and wore ear plugs the whole time).

But, yes, to your point: there’s an incompatible root cause. I’ll continue with the workplace line…
