$398 to $412 for 10 years isn't much of a hike. Chucking shrapnel (5c & 10c coins) in a jar for 10 years, would more than cover it. Considering what it buys, I'd call it a bargain. What #5portfoliosMorrison did to our passport/visa system is the real crime.
