FEMA has MORE ARMED STAFF than 'helpers' and that ARMY participated in the #GENTRIFICATION of #NewOrleans after #HurricaneKatrina. The people in the southern US have it right. Hunt FEMA 'workers' like they used to hunt Revenuers, and depend on your neighbors and community. #LAFires
