This should include anyone who has illicitly touched even one single line of federal computer systems code, and each and every one of the thugs who have provided physical brute force to protect any of the principals or in any other way do their physical dirty work.

The thing is #Nuremberg was due process with defense lawyers. The evidence was just so overwhelming that a guilty verdict was all but guaranteed.
And you can hold a person pretrial if they represent a danger to society or have a habit of obstructing justice, you can even hold them incommunicado with an assigned defense lawyer if the communication with the outside via defense lawyer presents a problem for due process.
