When Kemi Badenoch denied Belfast rappers Kneecap their Music Export Growth Scheme grant due to their political views, she probably didn't expect them to take the matter to court.

Now the Govt. has agreed not to contest the case leading the Court to award then the same amount in damages as the grant they applied for.

The group's lawyer, Darragh Mackin, called it 'a victory for the arts, for culture, for the freedom of expression'!
