I sometimes hear people saying "a hetero actor can't have a gay character role". Why not! A good actor canhave ANY role IMHO. With that rigid philosophy I could write NOTHING. I'm an amateur writer who shares fantasy stories. I'm blind, woman, HIV negative. Why shouldn't I write stories, in first person, with a sighted / male / HIV positive character? I do have my sighted, male, HIV positive best friend as collaboration but he just helps me avoid HIV clichés. Nothing else. #blog #lgbt #actor
