OK, I took a deep breath and deleted my Google account, including the inactive organizing-related blog I'd had for many years — and which now had many broken links.

Before deleting, I backed up the blog posts I cared about the most: the "Organizing in Blue" posts I did yearly on the anniversary of my mom's death. They're all on the Internet Archive now.The last one I did: https://archive.vn/rGRUU

I'd been thinking about doing this for quite a while, but the post about Google dropping its AI weapons ban pushed me over the edge.
