The news media, on both sides of the Atlantic, suffers from a basic inability to tell the truth. It suffers from either both sides-ing things (when both sides aren't the same) or a basic refusal to tell you what happened and who was to blame.

It does this because the owners of news media have taken a side.

And the side isn't your side.
