Ps. Portland went from brokedown milltown in the 70s when I was hitching thru, to BOOM, to Busting, and lots of drug and alcohol use results. If your town is like mine 90 miles S of SF, restaurants can't survive unless they sell BOOZE. Especially near where the colleges are. Hook em young.
