Trying to summarize things I enjoy is really difficult.

I love watching / interacting with skillful people doing difficult things excellently.

That covers ....
Dancing, Martial Arts, Drawing, Acting, Animation, Sport, Music, Art, Craft, Circus acts, LEGO etc

I have to know enough about it to be able to recognise the skill to really find it interesting.
