When the GOP killed the filibuster for judicial nominations, the Dems should have remembered why this was called the "nuclear option:" the expected counter was to refuse to allow anything on a consent agenda, force roll call votes on EVERYTHING, and grind the Senate to a halt. That would have prevented the GOP nominations in question from ever being voted on.

Well the Dems got called on it, and refused ro push that little red button
