The Belgium-based Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) seeks to activate international accountability to pursue Israeli soldiers who committed war crimes in Gaza and are currently traveling abroad.

HRF is a group formed five months ago, but it has already gathered lawyers and activists from across the globe to build cases against Israeli soldiers.
