UN under-security-general for humanitarian and emergency relief Tom Fletcher said that there is almost "zero access" to humanitarian aid despite over 140 attempts during the past two months to reach northern Gaza.

"We need to reach the survivors of this horrific destruction, especially now last hospitals have been taken out," Fletcher said.
