There's only two ways anyone gets executed for killing 11 million babies: either they lose a war as head of state or top brass, or someone takes out the trash in the street.

Nestle is one of the worst corporations on Earth, right up there with Monsanto and those who sell guns and bombs to the IOF.

Nestle kills kids, hopefully someday some of the kids they missed will kill Nestle. Yes, there is a corporate death penalty: revocation of the corporate charter. This terminates the corporation's fictional personhood. The corporation cannot remain in business unless the stockholders reorganize it as a partnership and accept personal liability for all debts and damages. Nobody would dare accept such liability to own part of Nestle, Exxon, General Motors, etc.

Thus, the government of the day does in fact have the ability to execute a corporation. Nestle should be one of the first to go. Taking out a CEO for making murderous decisons is good, but taking out the entire murderous corporation root and branch is better yet.
