I hope so. If Harris beats Trump Musk could get his ass kicked by all kinds of Federal agencies. NHTSA can go after Tesla for dangerous self-driving cars. The FEC might be able to target pro-Trump moderation and Musk tweets as unreported in-kind campaign contributions. Those can carry prison time. Plea offer could be "shut down or sell X, and we'll drop the case." This could work out like Al Capone's taxes.

These are not my tactics, but they ARE the tactics of a Dem prosecutor, which is what Harris is. I won't be crying about seeing this piece of shit get what his master Trump advocates for so many others.
