📢 An extraordinary Arab summit kicks off in #cairo, it will center on adopting an Egyptian 5-year comprehensive reconstruction plan for #gaza—one that aims to rebuild the strip without uprooting its people while firmly rejecting any notion of transfer or displacement.

Inaugural session scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm local t -- closed-door session will follow at 7:15 pm (after Iftar) after which the final declaration will be adopted.
