The Israeli army on early Wednesday raided the Jenin city and its refugee camp in the occupied northern West Bank, triggering clashes with Palestinians.
Witnesses said that the Israeli army stormed Jenin from several directions and was escorted by bulldozers which embarked on destroying more roads and infrastructure facilities.
They added that sounds of fire exchange and explosions were heard in several parts of the city and the refugee camp.
