The court statement said that Netanyahu & Gallant “each bear criminal responsibility as co-perpetrators:

The warrants remain classified in part to protect witnesses, but the court released some information because similar Israeli conduct "appears to be ongoing."

The US is not part of the ICC, mainly because many Americans would also be in prison for war crimes, so the US can just take a big can of FUCK OFF & mind their own business.

If Netanyahu enters any of the ICC countries he can fully expect to be arrested for war crimes.

And if the UN is ever going to work right it's time for there to be NO Veto's permitted there either.
