Red Crescent says ambulances trapped by Israeli forces in southern Gaza

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) says it has lost contact with its paramedics after Israeli forces surrounded its ambulances in Rafah.

“A number of the association’s paramedics were injured, and contact with the crew was lost. They have been trapped for several hours,” the PRCS said in a post on X.
