Save the Children says more than 270 children have been killed in the week since Israel resumed its war on Gaza.

The organisation said in a statement the war’s resumption is “a death sentence for Gaza’s children”. More than 17,900 children have been killed since the war began in October 2023, according to Gaza’s Government Media Office.
