The Israeli occupation is preparing for a long-term occupation by applying a plan depending on what so-called 'Hardai ideology', Israel's newspaper of Haaretz reported.

According to this plan the Israeli occupation will establish "closed communities" in the northern Gaza Strip for Palestinians there and put it under the army's rule and re-establishing the illegal settlements.
