Trump's plunder about Greenland and NATO support and Putin's war of aggression incl. threats against Balkan nations is shifting priorities towards investing in military, which is not wrong. I'd rather be prepared than not.

But politicians are dicks and there is nothing more enticing than bragging with military prowess.
