Chocolate and banana tart:
Crush 200g vegan biscuits, add 50g melted marg.
Mix and press into flan dish and chill.
Meanwhile melt 100g plain chocolate with a dessertspoon of strong coffee. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons golden syrup and a little vanilla essence.
Whizz in food processor with 120g silken tofu.
Slice large banana and arrange in biscuit base
Smooth chocolate topping over and chill for 2 hours in fridge.
Serves 4-6. Well, ok 4. Or 2 😁
