Can Labour's focus on 'growth' and the need to address climate change through a green transition towards net-zero be achieved though a pivot to a focus on decarbonation of the economy?

Emma Pinchbeck of the independent Climate Change Committee thinks so, and argues (in my view correctly) that this could also be an engine or re-balancing towards a less unequal economy & society (I've called this before: Green Keynsianism).

However, I'm not holding my breath.
