No one will be surprised that the Competition & Market Authority is warning of a continued danger of collusion in procurement processes;

the UK's wide incidence of oligarchic economic sectors was always going to invite both formal & informal collusion;

the Q. is how does the CMA move beyond (more) warnings to enforce measures that challenge & sanction such anti-competitive practices?

Tougher enforcement has been required for some time!
