When experts fail to put recommendations into a bigger context, I have to do that myself -- which takes the "public" part out of public health (again). 2/n

- Deduct taxes, etc.;
- Deduct local average accommodation costs;
- Now inform us how exactly someone can buy the food you're recommending on the money that's left.
Oh. So it's not "public health" it's "public health for those who can pay to play [and the rest are on their own]. Got it.
