Henry Maher (USydney), bravely, tries to makes some sense of Elon Musk... and actually he does a pretty good job of explaining quite what Musk seems to be doing (or seeking to do).

as he points out:
'Much of Musk’s online persona is part of a deliberate alt-right populist strategy to stoke controversy, upset “the left” & then claim to be a persecuted victim when criticised'!

But there's more to Musk than just this as Maher makes clear...

There really isn't. There's actually much *less* to him than meets the eye. He's an emotionally stunted man-baby who got all the money and now wants all the power to fill the hole where his personality and conscience should be. Anything and anyone that gets in his way is fair game.
That's all there is to it.
succinct counter argument... I like it!

Hehehe ... I do get a bit tired of the intellectual dissections of Space Karen, just as I did with those of 47 (45 as was). Trying to analyse it in those terms is fundamentally misunderstanding the new rules of the game.
