The following is a summary of today’s 4 p.m. Virtual Community Meeting:
Fire Behavior: Infrared mapping last night showed intense heat on the north side of the fire near Mount Wilson and Mount Lowe. Scattered heat was present in the front country (south side of the fire) where structures are involved. Firefighting personnel do not expect that to move. Outside of the perimeter, there is isolated heat which firefighting personnel also do not expect to move. The fire is sitting on ridgetops, battling against the wind and the downward-facing slopes.
