The bad news is that on my old android mobile you could not remove Twitter/X or Facebook. The good news is you can on my new mobile.

That's why you need a de-Googled phone.

My company and home are now completely Microsoft free. But de-Googling is just too hard. Unlike MS, Meta, Twitter and others Google do have some great unique services that, sadly, has us hooked.

The DoJ and EU approach recognises that and try to keep the services but somehow wrest monopolic power and control from Alphabet.

Don't fancy their chances.
