A beautiful old beech tree with bonus sheeeeep!

Photo of a large beech tree, its leaves turning red-gold, that stands on a steep valley side which slopes down to the right. The trunk is pale grey on the down (south) side and green with moss and lichen on the north. The valley side is carpeted in red-brown bracken but a few sheep graze in a grassy clearing beneath the beech. Further up the slope on the left is a smaller tree (not sure what species), its twiggy branches almost bare of leaves. The valley disappears into a murky grey haze under a cloudy sky.
