Shunxin-39, a cargo ship sailing under the flag of Cameroon, was intercepted by Taiwan's coast guards about 13 km from the north coast of Taiwan. Due to rough weather conditions, coast guards were not able to board the vessel for an investigation. The vessel continued its voyage to a port in South Korea.
