Have an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence?

Check out:

Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri

Then scroll down to the EXTENSIONS section and tap ChatGPT.

This page (see pic) is where you'll enable ChatGPT, and sign in to your ChatGPT account.

Note that you can Sign in with Apple, which will use Hide my Email to create an account for you.
