Entrusting all our data and business processes to the new King of America? The legal basis for sharing personal data with American companies is dead https://berthub.eu/articles/posts/you-can-no-longer-base-your-government-and-society-on-us-clouds/
Actually it hasn't been safe even before. 😣
don’t call him what he is not!
He's a bit slow - it hasn't been safe since 2018: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CLOUD_Act
#Trump IS a #KGB agent codenamed #Krasnov since 1987, he does what #Putin wants, and Putin wants the biggest Chaos possible in all the Western countries, America first.
Beware of all KGB agents, all are pushing neo-nazis ahead.

The place of such a traitor is at least in jail. In Russia they are straight executed.
#HighTreason
(PS: I never trusted the Cloud because of that, exactly that: I had the intuition it will end so since the Cloud 1st day)
@bert_hubert I'm not sure it's fair to blame work done before the developments you mention in the way you do in this article. Also a DPIA and DTIA are not the places to argue that a formally approved mechanism should not be valid. It would be reasonable to take a look at those documents and see what would change if the legal circumstances do change, because that is definitely not an unthinkable scenario and the impact can be huge.

"From now on, all our business processes can be brought to a halt with the push of a button in the US. "

Das sagt er technisch schön ist aber sehr abstrakt. Was mir sofort einfällt und was jeden im Alltag betrifft:
- keine Überweisungen
- keine Kartenzahlung
- Software im Auto stellt den Betrieb ein
- Messenger gehen nicht mehr (vermutlich auch Signal nicht)
- mit Glück geht Festnetz noch
- keine Streamingdienste
- kein Amazon oder, alternativ: nur noch Amazon
@bon time to take action and send a letter expressing our concerns to the management of the University of Amsterdam?
