If you're on the mastodon.social server you may have posts missing from your timeline. This is apparently due to technical problems on mastodon.social:

If this is happening to you it's not your fault, it's your server that is currently a bit broken.

Other Mastodon servers are unaffected by this and should be working normally.

@ivory thanks, guess may be the reason I cannot get API access "scopes" configured. Can imagine with all the migrations to M. these days...Patience!

no, works fine, but also have mastodon.social project account (forgot to mention) where API scope config fails.
