There have been enough outbreaks in the past 20 years (when Antivaxxers were rising like scum in a septic tank), for people to know just how dangerous measles are. However, unless it was talked about on reality shows, or streamed soapies, the people who really needed to be informed, are oblivious. So their children suffer, or die.
