Too many 4 bed 2.5 bath McMansions squished onto small blocks. Built on spec, mostly, with no thought to the potential market.
All that office space not being used? Repurpose it to inner city home & office serviced apartments...2 or more to a floor. There just doesn't seem to be the capacity to think outside the box. Waste not, want not.
