where you can see where the server of your instance is located?

You should be able to find your server's physical location by looking it up on https://fedidb.org (although I'm not 100% sure how reliable this is, might be worth asking your server admin too).

By the way, to avoid confusion, on the Fediverse instances are often also called "servers" even though that's technically a name for a hosting computer 🙂

I hope you can help. I apparently no longer have a universesodon account. I've been unable to sign in and even reset my password.

Email the admin of Universeodon on their public email address which is support@mastodonapp.uk (mention specifically that you are on Universeodon as they seem to run several servers).

Ask them if they can help.
